A bit of drama last weekend . alternator went. spent the night on the side of the road.
Good news is that I was able to find a rebuilt bosch the next day and do the swap myself. not recommended its a bitch! worth paying someone else to do if you have the time.. other good news is that I must have been running low voltage for a long time because with the new alternator I get no more glow plug codes

@T-Hocking Wow! Looks like a great trip! wanted to do a big one this summer but got covid blocked. We felt pretty safe going to Maine first 9 days of Oct. Our fridge is 60L I have 6gl water tank , Isa has her squatty potty. the campground we spent 4 night at was very clean an not crowded so those bathrooms were spottless.the one night we crashed at wallmart we didn't even go inside. the rest of the time we boondocked.
