Lake Erie from the Canuk side.
hey there, say, all.... i am late... ahahah, or, perhaps early, before the NEXT ?? full moon...
but, i have 'half way' learned how to do this...
half way, meaning, as-- i may have FORGOTTEN what i did???
@toby ---nawwww.... it looks, or, appears to be: you were 'sky challenged' ... i have had that
happen many times... too moist, too overcast... to cloudy... too foggy... or
RAINING or snowing, ... oh my... : O

@NickG Cool. I'd wanted to get a full moon shot Fourth of You Lie for Lynne but the air was too polluted from firework pyroclastics and it just wasn't happening.
@neebee Thanks for these! I hadn't seen them. One of these days I will get a camera that has night vision. Thanks to all who post the full moon. Very special!!!
@LynneLeicht Just took a stroll down memory lane. I don't usually have time for that, but I was trying to find a picture to post here from SuperTopo. It's gone. I didn't realize I started the Full Moon Thread in 2015. Time doesn't fly, it travels at mach speed. My wish for the rest of 2020...that we will enjoy more of the fun banter and participation that we had at the other campfire. Thank you Very Much, Toby, for Redpoint. May it live long and prosper. Cheers, lynnie

Yes, almost full last weekend. Nita and I ran out of daylight trying to squeeze in one more hike on Mt Shasta. Lovely hike back to the car by moonlight.
Haloween full moon.
@NickG Thanks NickG, Mucho, for carrying on the "Full Moon" tradition! Means Much. Someday I'll get a decent camera again.
@NickG Look at you guys out there camping and having fun! Missing that!
@NickG Thanks for another great picture. Love ones that make me smile!
Full Moon Rising
Caught these last night. Cold for my hands so could not spend much time at it.
Was a bit blustery and too slow to stop action. Kind of like the effect though.
A bit of zoom, zoom fer' some boom boom. A bit more light hitting the aperture so I could better cater to my need fer' speed....
Still not enough though so ... got to find more apropos emoji....
Trees and shrubs are ready to bud out. Had some warms days, thought spring had sprung so they started to but then more cold and snow so those new shoots and leaves froze.
Ground Hog said six more weeks...
Groundhog Day isn't scientific (in fact, Punxsutawney Phil's weather predictions are wrong most of the time).
Hence.... the smart money may well be on an early spring. Or will it? Climate and seasons have been pretty erratic as of late so it's anybody's guess.
Sigh.. yeah, not my best work but..... at least I showed up, eh?
