What are your climbing plans for this weekend...or week?
-
I'm going for some short, obscure stuff....shhhh can't say where yet...
-
@Roots , hey there, say, -- well... no climbing plans... but-- i climbed up and washed my truck, for the first time...
most likely will be pulling weeds, while the 'squirrels do all the climbing,
have a good time, though, roots... and, report back,

I'm in the middle of "the transition."
From winter-time haunts like Josh and Red-Rocks, and especially, Pinnacles (working on the second edition guidebook which will likely be 600 pages), to climbing in the Sierra where I live (especially the Sonora Pass Highway). Theres' still soooooo much snow up the hill though and so the transition has been weekends at the house for a while (getting the outdoors chores caught up is always a good thing).

not done skiing yet.. so much snowpack and a good corn cycle up high, also just got a road bike. amped on that. As soon as I'm freed up a bit I have some climbing to attend to with the Andersons.. Jerry, Sigrid and Lynnea their daughter. Some of you might know them from Camp 4 days. Skied with Sigrid this winter as usual. They're all too busy to get on the net, so hi from them to you.

@LuckyPink hey there, say, my friend, sue lacey, she just told me about HOW HIG the tahoe snow pack, etc, is this year,
(one of the highest?) ... think she said,
-- HAVE FUN!

Had a good day yesterday on some short climbs, but it was fun.....!
-
A little limestone cirque I found - headed out this weekend to see what the waves of bullet rock provide:
-
@MisterE Friggin' gorgeous!
-
That does look really interesting!
Limestone in or around the Sierra? I had not idea. The last time I was able to climb limestone, it was a little crag out by New Jack. Fun stuff!
-
Not the Sierras... That IS the Unicorn.
Another formation of twin prows, probably 2 pitches tall?
-
@MisterE I'm actually salivating.....
